Effective Date: Immediately upon use of this website or participation in any The Plaid Playbook program.

Welcome to The Plaid Playbook ("the Company"). By accessing this website, enrolling in any program, purchasing any service or using any content provided by the Company, you ("the Participant," "User," or "Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Use of Website & Services. All content, materials, programs and services provided by The Plaid Playbook are intended for informational and educational purposes only. You agree to use all material responsibly, legally and in accordance with these Terms.
Intellectual Property. All content - including but not limited to text, videos, audios, graphics, frameworks, training materials and branding is the exclusive property of The Plaid Playbook. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale or modification is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities. Participants are solely responsible for: Their own decisions, actions, financial choices and outcomes; Assessing the suitability of information for their personal or business needs; Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations and financial guidelines.
No Guarantees. The Plaid Playbook does not guarantee specific financial, business or personal outcomes. Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, comprehension, application and external factors.
Payment & Billing. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Users agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize the Company to charge applicable fees.
No Professional Advise. Information provided is NOT financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Participants should consult certified professionals for such matters.
Limitation of Liability. The Company shall not be held liable for any losses, damages or adverse outcomes resulting from participation. Use of any training or service is undertaken at the user's sole risk.
Termination. The Company reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent or harmful behavior.
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Company's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using this website or participating in The Plaid Playbook services, you are acknowledge full acceptance of these Terms.

Plaid Playbook ("the Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.

REFUND POLICY

The Plaid Playbook values fairness, transparency and integrity. To protect the Company and its participants, the following policy applies:

Digital Products and Programs. All digital programs, training, downloads, modules and online materials are non-refundable due to the immediate access and value delivered.
Live Training, Coaching, Mentoring or Workshops. Payments for scheduled coaching, consulting, mentoring, workshop or live training sessions are non-refundable once the session is reserved, Participants may request rescheduling with reasonable notice, subject to Company approval.
Subscription Services. Subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
No Guarantees. Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction related to results or outcomes as results depend heavily on individual effort, circumstances and application.
Exceptions. Any exceptions to this policy will be made solely at the discretion of the Company and must be explicitly agreed to in writing.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

By enrolling in any of The Plaid Playbook programs or trainings, you agree to the following:

Active Participation. You commit to engaging fully with the training, completing exercises and applying strategies taught.
Personal Responsibility. You acknowledge: Outcomes depend on your personal effort; The Company does not guarantee results; You are responsible for your decisions and actions
Conduct. You agree to behave respectfully toward all clients, staff and representatives of the Company. Harassment, abuse or disruptive behavior may result in removal from programs without refund.
Confidentiality. You agree not to share, distribute, replicate or resell any training materials or frameworks.
No Professional Reliance. You understand the program is educational and not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or tax advice.

RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT STATEMENT

By using The Plaid Playbook services, you acknowledge and understand that:

All training involves inherent risks related to business decisions, financial choices and personal outcomes.
You may experience financial loss, emotional discomfort or unexpected challenges.
No success, performance or income level is guaranteed.
The Company is not responsible for market conditions, economic factors or external influences affecting you results.
You accept full responsibility for evaluating all information and implementing strategies at your own discretion.

Your continued participation signifies your full acceptance of these risks.

The services, programs, and materials provided by The Plaid Playbook are governed by the laws of Canada, specifically the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By accessing or participating in any The Plaid Playbook service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any disputes.

For participants located in the United States, you acknowledge that The Plaid Playbook operates under Canadian jurisdiction, and that all legal matters, claims, or disputes shall be governed exclusively by Canadian law, with Ontario courts serving as the primary legal venue.

Nothing in this clause prevents The Plaid Playbook from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction as necessary to protect its intellectual property, contracts, or business interests.

By continuing to use The Plaid Playbook services, you agree to this jurisdiction clause, regardless of your country of residence, and waive any objection to the handling of legal proceedings in Ontario, Canada.

The Plaid Playbook complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Union.
Individuals in the EU have the right to:

Access personal data held by the Company
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of personal data (where legally permissible)
Restrict or object to processing in certain circumstances
Request data portability

The Plaid Playbook processes personal data based on legitimate interest, contract performance, user consent, or legal obligations.

Any references to financial performance, income potential, or earnings achieved by other clients or participants are examples of possible outcomes and should not be interpreted as typical, guaranteed, or promised results.
There is no assurance that past success or results can be duplicated in the future.

You acknowledge that:

Earnings vary significantly from person to person
Your results depend on your skills, effort, financial situation, discipline, comprehension, and business environment
The Company provides educational content only and does not guarantee monetary or business performance of any kind

The Plaid Playbook makes no claims regarding overnight success, guaranteed income, or predictable results.
All financial decisions carry inherent risks, and you are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon the information provided.

The information, training, materials and services provided by The Plaid Playbook (the "Company") are for educational and informational purposes only. No statements, representations or content provided by the Company shall be construed as a guarantee, promise or warranty of any specific financial, professional or personal outcome.

By accessing or participating in any program, training, consultation or service offered by the Company, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes, whether financial, professional or otherwise;
The Company, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, contractors and representatives shall no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your participation or reliance on the information provided;
The Company does not offer financial, legal, investment, tax or professional advise and any information provided should not be interpreted as such;
No client relationship, fiduciary relationship or advisor relationship is created by your use of the Company's materials unless expressly stated in a separately executed written agreement;
You assume full responsibility for evaluating the accuracy, completeness and applicability of all information and for implementing any insights or strategies at your own discretion and risk.

By continuing to engage with The Plaid Playbook programs and materials, you expressly release and discharge the Company from any and all claims, liabilities or damages that may arise from your participation.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of The Plaid Playbook services and materials immediately.
